Dance Classes
Dance is fast becoming one of the most popular UK leisure pastimes, with over a million people attending classes each week. Trends come and go but Dance in its varied forms is here to stay!
Research shows that Dance keeps the mind sharp, improves balance, posture, fitness and, can even help to improve the quality of your life. Dancers become quicker-thinking, lighter on their feet and by learning to lead and follow couples say they can improve their communication skills. Because you interact with people, connecting with others, it can also be a great social activity.
In most of our Dance classes you will be taught by both Rob and Caroline so you will benefit from the experience of two qualified teachers with tuition from both the male and female dancers perspective. And, as they studied Ballroom and Latin American Dance together as a couple from beginner level upwards, they understand how you are likely to feel throughout the learning process.
