Due to the current health crisis unfortunately all of our classes are suspended. However we are looking to move some of our sessions online.
We want to thank all our regular customers for supporting us, and we will continue to try and help you too, especially whilst many of us are working now from home.

Dance and Pilates are two different disciplines that both keep the mind and body agile in enjoyable ways. Maintaining an active mind and body helps you stay fit and healthy whatever your age.
